31-Day Journaling Challenge 2023
A FREE 31-day journaling course for August 2023
Every year, I invite you to join me for a 31-Day Journaling Challenge so you can slow down, reconnect with and nurture yourself, revitalize your journaling practice and embark on another journey of self-awareness, self-discovery and self-intimacy.
In this mini course, you will be given a journaling prompt every day starting August 1. It is available for you to access until September 15.
This is a self-paced course. Do it at your own time. No discussion boards. No showing up at specific times. It’s just you, your prompts, your journal and your pen.
And did I forget to mention? This course is absolutely F R E E !!!
I'm looking forward to writing along with you every day this month.
Click on the ENROLL FOR FREE buttons on this page. You will be asked to register with your email and password. Once you enroll, you will have access to a welcome note from me and the daily prompt. The first prompt will show up on August 1, 2023. If you have already taken one of my courses in the past, you can use the same user name and password. Click on "Forgot password?" if you've forgotten it.
Yes, the prompts are accessible every day from the day you sign up. You will receive one prompt a day. The last day of signing up for the course is on August 14. This is so you can complete all 31 prompts before the course ends on September 15.
All you need is your journal and favorite pen. The prompts have been laid out as little printable cards. You can save the images, print them and stick them on the page, if you want. Or you can simply write the prompt down in your journal.
No theme. Just fun and insightful questions that no one has ever have asked you. Here are some sample prompts:
What advice would you give your younger self about money?
If you could invite five people to have dinner with, dead or alive, who would they be?
What is the one thing you will never regret?
What do you regret the most?
What three reminders can you tell yourself when you are struggling?
