Journal Your Heart: The Online Course is a daily practice to help you do just that.

Journal Your Heart is a small step in living a more inspired and intentional life. Through the act of writing and daily creativity, you are connecting regularly and building a friendship with yourself. You are showing yourself that you matter.

In this bite-sized eight-day online course, you will explore a different journaling style each day. 

Journal Your Heart guides you to answer the question: What do I write?

Journal Your Heart shows you that your journals don’t have to be walls of heavy text or those pretty but intimidating pages on Instagram. There can be a happy middle—a journaling style that you enjoy. This course is a reminder that  journaling doesn't have to be another self-care obligation. You don't have to be a writer or an artist to start journaling. You can have fun and be inspired by your journal again.

FAQs

  • WHAT TOOLS DO I NEED?

    1. A journal—whatever size you have on hand is fine. There’s no need for fancy or ultra-expensive journals bought from a little artisan in a side street in Kyoto or Florence. However, please do upgrade from notebooks sold at your local bookstore. Find a journal that has nice paper and makes you happy each time you pull it out.

    2. Your favorite pen—I am partial to fountain pens and use a variety with different color inks so my journals are extremely colorful. But you do you: any pen that you can use for long writing sessions is perfect.

    3. Stickers and washi tape—support your local sticker makers. I will provide a short list of my favorite journaling suppliers in the course.

    4. Photo printer (optional)—if you have a home printer, that will work as well

    5. A candle and match (optional)

    6. A cup of tea (optional)

  • HOW DOES THE COURSE WORK?

    You will be receiving a welcome email as soon as you complete your payment. This will prompt you to set up your username and password on the course site. You can begin accessing the materials on 2 April 2023. You can choose to work on this daily (which is recommended) or at your own pace.

    If you have already enrolled in a past course, you can use the same user name and password to log in. The daily lessons, prompts and exercises will appear in your course page at 8 a.m. every day, Philippine time.

  • WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

    Payment options include Paypal, bank deposit or GCash. As soon as you press the "ENROLL NOW" buttons, you will be led to a checkout page. Fill up all the required information and on the payment page, you will be given the options to pay. Click on your preferred payment method and press "Complete Purchase." If you don't want to fill up the billing address, you can also just use XXXX for the details.

    You can choose Single for P1500 or BFF (for two people) for P2400. If you choose the BFF option, please don't forget to write your friend's first name, last name and email address in the "Add a note to your order" section so she can be enrolled.

  • WHEN DOES THE COURSE START?

    The course starts on 2 April 2023. Enrollment is extended until 15 May 2023. Journal Your Heart runs for eight days but you can take it at your own pace and time. You have access to the course for three months months, until 30 June 2023.

  • WHAT IF I MISS A DAY'S LESSON?

    That's okay. The lesson will still be available for you once you log in—even if it's been a few days. There's no journaling police. You can take this course over eight days or three months. This is a gentle, no-pressure course.
